Paola Marinuzzi was born in Rome in 1961. In 1979 she achieved artistic maturity and in 1983 she graduated in "Painting Disciplines" at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma. She moved to live in Caprarola in 1986 where she opened her own studio.

Anna Marinuzzi was born in Rome in 1963. After the high school diploma and her studies in architecture at the University of Rome La Sapienza, and after attending workshops and seminars about ceramic decoration,she began her activity as a ceramist with Paola.

They collaborate since 1989. To mold their pieces by hand they use different techniques also combined. They produced works in various materials, including terracotta, majolica, stoneware and porcelain. Sometimes they use to mix different clays and glazes that they prepare in their laboratory.Over the years their works have been exhibited in international exhibitions and awards
